How do you price your work?
Screen Printing
We provide our clients with all inclusive pricing. This includes the cost of the garment, set-up, and embellishment cost.
If there are any additional charges (ex. color changes or larger sizes), it will be clearly indicated on your quote.
Our order minimum is only 12 pieces per design. You will receive discounts when ordering at higher quantities. We have price breaks at 24, 48, 72, 144, 300, and so on.
Graphic Design
We work with multiple designers to fit a wide range of requests. Services are charged at an hourly rate (starting at $35 per hour), depending on the artist and requirements of the job.
When placing a print order, for simple design requests, the first 30 mins are FREE.
Embroidery
Similarly to how we price screen print orders, we provide all inclusive pricing for embroidery. The number of stitches required for your design is the biggest factor with pricing.
There is no minimum order, but when you consider the setup required, we recommend ordering at least 12 pieces per design. Price breaks are at 12, 36, 72, 144, 300, and so on.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for screen printing and embroidery is 10-15 business days. However, this may vary, depending on the job.
Be sure to let us know if something is needed by a certain date prior to confirming your order.
What type of artwork do you need?
To provide highest quality service, we need to use the highest quality artwork. That means that we would need vector images.
If we are printing a photo, a high resolution file (300dpi) is required.
What if I do not have vector artwork?
No problem! Our graphic designers can re-draw almost any logo.
Please note, we will not print any licensed art without the written consent from owner.
How can I save money on my order?
Since all jobs are essentially based on the time that it will take us to produce, here are some money saving tips:
Increase quantity
Reduce number of colors printed
Reduce print locations
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, Zelle, and credit cards.
For all credit card transactions, we do require customers to show proper ID and the physical card being used.
